India’s Punjab National Bank (PNB) on February 14, 2018 stated that it has detected fraudulent transactions worth over Rs 11,300 crore at one of its branches in Mumbai for the benefit of a few select account holders with their apparent involvement. Billionaire jewellery designer Nirav Modi allegedly acquired fraudulent letters of undertaking from a PNB branch to secure overseas credit from other Indian lenders. A letter of undertaking involves four parties - an issuing bank, a receiving bank, an importer and a beneficiary entity overseas.
 
Eligibility Criteria for Directorate Post through TGC-128 and TES- 40
Educational Qualification:
  • TGC - 128- The candidates should have passed Engineering Degree or in the final year of Engineering Degree course are eligible to apply.
Age Limit for TGC- 128 - 20 to 27 years
